Like many new home owners, I’d been in a state of panic when I noticed a dry water stain on the ceiling directly below the master bathroom tub. I contacted My Maricopa Plumber and they offered immediate service through the weekend. But evaluating my description of the issue, advised it could wait until Monday as there was no continuous leak. Monday hath come and the prognosis was a good one. Their representative diagnosed the issue after checking the impacted area. It was a simple fix I was unaware of and was remedied swiftly. The evaluation helped to alleviate the concerns I had of any long term damage. I look forward to calling on them again if any other issues arise! I am a Realtor® and when my listing had a suspected underground gas leak, they were very prompt to get out there and evaluate and they determined that it was more than likely not an underground leak but instead a leak in a flex line in the barbecue, but they tested the underground gas line for a leak anyhow and came back the following day to follow up on the reading of the pressure reader they put on the gas line. All before ever giving me a quote on the replacement of flex line on the barbeque. Danielle who is one of the owners who I spoke with when scheduling was very helpful, in walking me through the steps of what I needed to do as far as follow up with the gas company. I feel their customer service exceeds most trades and would highly recommend them and would definitely use them for and future plumbing or gas line issues.

MMP hands down has the best customer service I’ve experienced when it comes to plumbing. Tobias swapped out my water heater and he was professional and considerate, he even asked if I wanted him to take off his shoes in the home, very respectful gesture. When I first moved here I had them install my water softener, that gentleman (sorry, forgot his name) was also knowledgeable and kind as well. One of my favorite things about MMP is their text based updates, 10/10 definitely recommend.

I rarely get to the south-east corner of the house where my main water shut off to the house is, but after getting the house painted, I saw that my shut-off valves had rusted out. On Monday, I visited the offices of My Maricopa Plumber on Honeycutt and worked with Creea in getting a price. I showed Creea a pic of the plumbing configuration and she worked out a complete price for replacing the entire upcomers, valves and a new hose bib with an additional replacement of the backyard hose bib. I was super pleased with the final pricing which included a senior discount. Creea scheduled my work for Wednesday. Tobias was my plumbing technician and I must say, not only was he fast in completing both projects, his work was impeccable. My Maricopa Plumber will definitely be my go to plumber from here on in. Since I have multiple properties, I have experienced multiple plumbing issues over the years my Maricopa Plumber has been my go-to since 2019 and have always done a great job. All of their plumbers have done good work and I have worked with Tobias several times. He has always done outstanding work and gone above and beyond. If you're familiar at all with plumbing and soldering you know what a crappy solder joints look like (globby bird poop and excesive flux). Tobias' work however, is excellent!! ..and I always appreciate his personality and attitude as well. Highly recommend!!

I had one of your plumbers come over to replace a faucet that was rusted on and he informed us the angle stops were basically shot and needed to be replaced too. Water softener needed to be replaced due to age and loss of water pressure to the house. Contacted My Maricopa Plumber and they had a technician come out right away to inspect and order the replacement softener. Softener arrived and they installed quickly. We received a notice from Global Water that a continuous water usage at our house indicated we had a water leak of ~5gph. Thank you Global Water for the notice 🤩. We isolated the problem to a leak between the water meter and the house supply. We called My Maricopa Plumbing and had a appointment the next day. Steve arrived on time and further diagnosed the problem. He arrived the next day to dig a trench and try to isolate the leak. He ended up replacing the water line between the meter and house. Steve was extremely professional, thorough, timely, and the work was completed for a very fair price. We were very impressed with Steve and My Maricopa Plumbing and will certainly call them again to help us with future problems.

My plumber, Steve Pearson did a great job! He came in and found the leak immediately and was able to fix it. The leak was caused by a bad original plumbing job where plastic tubing was used instead of a copper "L" bend. Steve told me that another line had been done the same way so he fixed the problem one AND the one that would have become a problem. We are relieved that this won't happen again later! The pilot ignition unit on my water heater, which is still under warranty, stopped working. I called the plumber who originally installed the unit, but I was informed that it would cost $175 for someone to come out and diagnose the problem. What can I say but just a huge HUGE .... THANK YOU!! So here's what happened and what MMP did for me. It was my birthday and my wife was throwing me a party with a huge blowup rental water slide. The rental guys showed up set up the slide but when they connected their hose to our outside faucet the pipe snapped ... (which they took no responsibility for.. it just happened). Water was just shooting out from the house. So we had to shut the main. Now no water for the house, friends and family are coming over and I had to act fast. So I called the only plumbers I use in Maricopa. My Maricopa Plummer customer service was understanding and listened to my terrible situation. They were able to fit me in their busy schedule and fix and repair the busted piping in time before my birthday party started. So if you're ever in an unpredictable situation and you need a plumber. I implore you to call MMP. Local and the best.!!! Needless to say about the rental company I used. I told them to take their water slide back but they still charged us 60 for set up... I'll never use them again. 60 for not even using it. Lesson learned.

Ricky notified us as requested before arrival, promptly understood what I wanted, and went to work. A little used original 17 yr old faucet in the guest bathroom plugged up from calcification at the tee in the faucet so we had neither hot nor cold water. Not wanting to replace the faucet, I asked Ricky to disassemble it and using a cleaning wire, he cleared the calcium blockage. Cost was their minimum charge since he was in and out in an hour, and I'm happy as a clam since he repaired the problem without replacing either or both faucets. 10 Star rating if I could, but certainly earned the 5 stars. I have lived in this property for over 5 years and had only been using about 3,000-4,000 gallons per month. Global water stated that within a months time I had used 101,567 gallons. Tobias was able to walk me through his process and showed me that there is in fact no leak. He showed a 0.00 read. He then explained that this means that there is in fact no leak. He then informed that I should call them and report that there is no leak and to have a tech from Global water come back out and sit there and make sure that they are performing the proper tasks. Please if you are in need of help with any plumbing matters at all, don’t hesitate to call them. I am highly impressed and will only contact them for all future matters. EDIT: MMP sent another plumber promptly, and corrected the condition very professionally. We would recommend them highly. The below message sounded negative, but was intended to explain the situation. When Tobias was sent, he had no idea what he would need to correct, and did the best he could. MMP made sure it came out correctly. Tobias was very well intentioned but this job might have been beyond his capacity. The spigot is not secure enough to prevent movement. The valve is not parallel with the tub face. Not sure if the angle of some of the Pex joints will prevent future problems. It probably needs a larger access hole to be able to secure the assembly, which I offered to begin with,but didn’t watch him during the work to realize that he needed. We’re not unhappy, but not satisfied with the end result.

Highly recommend! We called on a Saturday afternoon for a leak in the water heater and a plumber was at our house within 45 minutes. The water heater was replaced the same day. They did let us know up front that there would be an after hours fee of $100, and told us if we didn’t want to pay the after hours fee they could come out on Monday afternoon. They were very accommodating - we would definitely call again when we need a plumber.

My Garbage Disposal unit started to leak suddenly. Got water all over the kitchen. I called My Maricopa Plumber and they sent Ricardo immediately. We agreed that the unit needed to be replaced. 1 hour later the whole thing was fixed. Price was very fair.

Tom and Josh were great. As a first time homeowner I had no clue what to expect, I just knew I had gone nearly 2 weeks without hot water and needed to figure out what was wrong. They came out, figured out the issue, and informed me of the options to make my plumbing last longer. Happy to say that they got the hot water working and they are coming back to install a water softener and fix a few things later this week.

I called with an emergency request at 12:30 PM and was given an appointment for 4:00 -6:00 PM. They arrived on time with advanced notice at 4:00 PM on a Friday night and they stayed until the job was completed at 8:00 PM.. they were very professional and respected our privacy while in our home.
